### Aufgaben

  • Debitorenbuchhaltung und Kreditorenbuchhaltung der anvertrauten Immobilien
  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Kontierung von Rechnungen, Kontoauszügen und anderen Belegen
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Unterstützung des Property Managements und der Steuerberater unserer Kunden bei den Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten
  • Mitwirkung beim Reporting an die Eigentümer und die finanzierenden Banken

### Gefordertes Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – gerne mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
