Buchhalterin / Buchhalter auf Minijob-Basis

Die Morgenstern IT GmbH ist ein inhabergeführtes IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Ismaning. Wir betreuen kleine und mittelständische Kunden in der Region München in allen Fragen rund um IT-Infrastruktur, Microsoft 365 und IT-Sicherheit.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Buchhaltung suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige und erfahrene Person auf Minijob-Basis.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung und Pflege der laufenden Buchhaltung (Kreditoren, Debitoren)
  • Zuordnung und Verbuchung von Kontoauszügen und Belegen
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Unterlagen für den Steuerberater
  • Überwachung offener Posten und Zahlungseingänge
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Verwaltungsaufgaben

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise mit Lexware
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
  • Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und Verlässlichkeit
