Buchhalter (m/w/d) - flexible Arbeitsgestaltung

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kontierung und Buchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle inkl. Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen (Banken, PayPal, Amazon)
  • Abstimmung und Klärung von Differenzen auf Personenkonten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung der Hauptkasse
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Mahn- und Zahlungsläufen
  • Monatliche Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Mitarbeit bei Monatsabschlüssen
  • Alleinige Betreuung der Holding sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in der Industrie; alternativ bringst Du eine Qualifikation als Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalterin (m/w/d) mit wie Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d), Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchhalterin (m/w/d), Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalterin (m/w/d), Industriekauffrau mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) oder Sachbearbeiterin Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) sind willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Buchhaltungssystemen
  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
