  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von Sach-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesens
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Rechnungswesen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket sowie einer Buchhaltungssoftware
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
