  • Über die Position
  • Zur Verstärkung unserer Finanzabteilung suchen wir einen Buchhalter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung. Die Position umfasst die Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle, die Abstimmung von Konten sowie die Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungseingang, Kontierung, Prüfung und Zahlungsverkehr)
  • Bearbeitung der Debitorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungsstellung, Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen, Mahnwesen)
  • Abstimmung und Pflege der Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe und Prozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Kreditoren und Debitoren
  • Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung und Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
