Wir sind ein traditionsreicher Hersteller von Holzleisten und Frästeilen mit über 150 Jahren Firmengeschichte und rund 45 Mitarbeitenden in Andernach. Zur Verstärkung unserer kaufmännischen Abteilung suchen wir eine erfahrene Kraft für die Buchhaltung, die die Fertigung kennt und zusätzlich unsere Produktionskennzahlen im Blick behält.

Ihre Aufgaben

Buchhaltung (Schwerpunkt)

  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung in DATEV, Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Laufende Buchungen und Kontenabstimmungen
  • Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für rund 45 Mitarbeitende in DATEV
  • Vorbereitung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Abschlüssen für den Steuerberater

Controlling mit Fokus Produktion

  • Auswertung von Produktionskennzahlen wie Ausschussquote, Materialausbeute und Maschinenauslastung
  • Kostenrechnung (Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung) und Deckungsbeitragsrechnung

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung eines mittelständischen Produktionsbetriebs
  • Sichere DATEV- und Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Produktionskennzahlen
  • Wünschenswert: Verständnis für Fertigungsabläufe
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
