Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Persönlichkeit für unsere Buchhaltung. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und sorgen für reibungslose kaufmännische Abläufe.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen
  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs und des Mahnwesens
  • Abstimmung und Pflege der Konten
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Meldungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung, Banken und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Pflege und Ablage relevanter Buchhaltungsunterlagen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV / SAP / Lexware / andere Software von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
