# Stellenanzeige: Buchhalterin / Lohnbuchhalterin (m/w/d)

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Buchhalterin (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Unternehmens – einen Tag pro Woche, jeweils freitags.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und kompetente Fachkraft, die eigenständig unsere Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen betreut sowie bei der betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertung und dem Jahresabschluss unterstützt.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Abwicklung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
  • Erstellung und Beurteilung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertung (BWA)
  • Überwachung und Analyse der laufenden Geschäftszahlen
  • Allgemeine Aufgaben im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

### Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung und Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Beurteilung von BWAs
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Jahresabschluss
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
