Ihre Aufgaben:
- Buchung des Beitragskontos (inkl. Klärung Differenzen)
- Kontenabstimmung und -abgleich
- Abrechnung der Ihnen zugeordneten Versichererkonten
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitern im Team inkl. Kundenkontakt
- Erstellung und Buchung der Ausgangszahlungen über Bankenprogramm
- Tagesinkasso im Bereich KFZ
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Buchhaltungserfahrung
- Erfahrungen in der Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Teamgeist, Organisationsgeschick, Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
