Wir suchen zur Festanstellung in Teilzeit

Buchhaltung Debitoren / Kreditoren in geringfügiger Beschäftigung (m/w/d)

  • Qualifikation
  • Studium im Bereich BWL oder VWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement Finanzbuchhaltung) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Kreditoren / Debitoren)
  • OP Management und Mahnwesen, Zahlungsabwicklungen
  • Rechnungslauf, Vertragsmanagement, Lastschriften (SEPA)
  • Bereitstellung von Unterlagen zur Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für den Steuerberater
  • Dokumentation GoBD
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern
