- Selbstständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung.
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Abwicklung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Kontenabstimmung sowie Klärung offener Posten
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Pflege und Verwaltung buchhalterischer Unterlagen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Geschäftsleitung
### Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung ist zwingend erforderlich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office , insbesondere Excel
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. DATEV)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
