Wir erwarten

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung

Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware

Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das Aufgabengebiet

Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung

Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen

Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Mahnwesens

Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für den Steuerberater

Pflege und Abstimmung von Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkonten
