  • Sie bereiten die monatlichen Stunden für unser externes Lohnbüro vor und pflegen Personallisten
  • Sie erstellen Arbeitsverträge präzise nach den Vorgaben unserer Geschäftsleitung
  • Sie führen die Korrespondenz mit unseren Mitarbeitern und sind der verlässliche Ansprechpartner für Behörden im Zusammenhang mit Personalangelegenheiten
  • Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Führung der Baukassen und unterstützen tatkräftig unsere Kreditorenbuchhaltung.

# Das können Sie einbringen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte/r, Büro-, Industrie- oder Baukauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im Personal-, Lohn- oder Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Baulohn oder der Bau-SU-Software sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Engagement
