Dein Arbeitsalltag:

  • Organisation und Bearbeitung der Sachkonten, Kreditoren - und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie damit verbundene Aufgaben
  • Verbuchung von Zahlungsverkehrskonten
  • Verbuchen der Kassenabrechnungen verschiedener Einrichtungen
  • Pflege und Abstimmung der offenen Posten
  • Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Hohes Maß an Verschwiegenheit und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Loyalität gegenüber der Evangelischen Kirche und ihrer Diakonie
