Meine Aufgaben:

  • Blechteile mittels Widerstandsbuckelschweißverfahren fügen
  • Werkzeuge, Arbeitsmittel und Messeinrichtungen vorbereiten
  • Werkstücke in Vorrichtungen einlegen, ausrichten und einspannen
  • Schweißanlagen bedienen, einstellen und bei Bedarf neu justieren
  • Technische Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen berücksichtigen
  • Ablaufstörungen analysieren und beheben
  • Gefertigte Teile auf Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität prüfen
  • Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und kleinere Reparaturarbeiten durchführen
  • Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung unterstützen

Mein Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Metallfacharbeiter, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung oder im Schweißbereich von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
