This position is represented by Stationary Engineers Local 39 and covered by the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

The Building Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, coordinating service calls, escorting vendors on-site, and collaborating with contractors to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant with all regulations.

Location : Seattle, Wa

Shift : Monday - Friday

Payrate : $42 - $42 hourly rate | Weekly pay
