At Fox Cities Builders, we're looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and isn't afraid to jump in and get the job done. As a Building Leadman, you'll work alongside the Foreman to help lead crews, build quality projects, and develop the next generation of skilled builders.

What You'll Do:
Help lead construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects
Assist with daily planning, coordination, and jobsite organization
Train, mentor, and support crew members
Read blueprints and help ensure projects are built correctly and efficiently
Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example
Help manage materials, tools, and equipment
Step up and lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable
Solve problems and keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of construction experience
Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
Valid driver's license required
