Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities

• * Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions efficiently.
• * Prepare and assemble food items such as burgers, fries, and other menu offerings according to Burger King's strict quality and safety standards.
• * Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including food preparation stations, dining areas, and restrooms.
• * Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• * Assist with stocking inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
• * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety regulations and customer service standards.
• * Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• * Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Job Qualifications

• * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• * Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
• * Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• * Must be at least 16 years of age.
