  • Auftrags- und Angebotserstellung
  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung
  • Problemlösung telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
  • Sicherstellung von termingerechten Lieferungen
  • Mitüberwachung der Lagerbestände
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
  • Erstellen von Produktbeschreibungen
  • Kundenkommunikation

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung. Sie beherrschen das MS-Office-Paket.

Nach Bedarf ist es kein Problem für Sie, sich schnell in neue Programme einzuarbeiten. Zudem beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift.

Sehr gute, höfliche Umgangsformen, Teamgeist und lösungsorientiertes Denken sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
