Seit 1990 sind wir eine Apotheke mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Naturheilkunde. 2005 entstand die Idee, das Know-how und Angebot unserer Apotheke vor Ort auch im Rahmen einer Versandapotheke deutschlandweit verfügbar zu machen. Seitdem wachsen wir kontinuierlich und sind mit über 50 Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen ein starkes Unternehmen im Dreiländereck.

Wir suchen ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n:

Bürokauffrau / Bürokaufmann Versandapotheke (m/w/d).

Dein Tätigkeitsfeld:

  • Auftragsannahme und Kundenbetreuung (schriftlich und telefonisch)
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden
  • allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Dein Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Büromanagement, Bürokauffrau/-mann, gerne auch als Bankkauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) oder Industriekauffrau/-mann (m/w/d)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
