Wir sind ein angestammtes Familienunternehmen im Heizung/Sanitärbereich und suchen dringend Unterstützung/Nachfolgerin für die derzeitige Sekretärin in allen üblichen Bürotätigkeiten wie telefonische Kundenanfragen aufnehmen und weiterleiten an unsere entsprechenden Handwerker bzw. Terminvergabe für unseren Kundendiensttechniker, Wartungsplanung, Schriftverkehr nach Anweisung bzw. selbständig in allen Bereichen, Rechnungen/Angebote nach Aufstellung schreiben, Buchhaltungsvorbereitung für den Steuerberater, die Bürotechnik/Computer "am Laufen halten", Ablage usw.
