Für eine gut laufende Kinderarztpraxis ist eine Stelle in VZ/TZ zu besetzen. Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst das gesamte Spektrum der administrative Tätigkeiten in einer Praxis. Dazu gehören alle anfallenden Aufgaben in Anmeldung und Büro: Dokumentation von Patientendaten, Einpflegen von Briefen/Berichten/sonstigen Unterlagen von Patienten, Annahme von eingehenden Telefonaten, Vergabe von Terminen, Pflege des Terminkalenders. Außerdem wird verlangt, dass einfache Assistenzaufgaben beim Mitlaufen mit den Ärztinnen und Ärzten und zur Vorbereitung von Vorsorgen durchgeführt werden können (Wiegen, Messen, Dokumentation/Protokollierung).

Einsätze an mindestens zwei Nachmittagen werden vorausgesetzt.
