Wir sind eine Jenaer Fahrschule, seit 1990 am Markt, mit Filialen in Jena und Kahla, und suchen eine Büroassistenz (m/w/d) zum schnellstmöglichen Beginn.

Ihre Aufgaben sind u.a.:

Betreuung und Beratung unserer Fahrschüler

Erfassung und Pflege der Fahrschülerdaten im Verwaltungsprogramm

Organisation und Vorbereitung von Prüfungen

Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten

Bearbeitung der ein- und ausgehenden Post sowie des E-Mail-Verkehrs

Rechnungsstellung, Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen und Kassenbuchführung

Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Teilzeit (25-30 Stunden wöchentlich) zu besetzen.
