Für unsere Autovermietung suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige und engagierte Bürofachkraft (m/w/d).

Arbeitszeit :

  • Täglich ca. 3 bis 5 Stunden
  • Bei Bedarf sind zusätzliche Arbeitsstunden möglich

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Büroorganisation und allgemeine Verwaltungsarbeiten
  • Fahrzeugübergaben und Fahrzeugrücknahmen
  • Kundenbetreuung
  • Terminplanung und Dokumentenverwaltung
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Autovermietung

Ihr Profil:

  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
  • Gute Computerkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
