Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Bürogehilfe/in für unsere Buchhaltung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

  • Schwerpunkt Datenerfassung
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Telefondienst
  • Zuordnung von Unterlagen
  • Aktenanlage
  • Bearbeitung der Ablage

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne fachbezogen
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Programme sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Organisationsfähigkeit
