Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und organisierte Unterstützung für unser Büro. Sie übernehmen vielseitige Aufgaben in der Verwaltung und stehen unseren Kunden freundlich und kompetent zur Seite.

Ihre Aufgaben

Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten

Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkommunikation

Terminplanung und Organisation

Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Dokumenten

Pflege von Kundendaten und Ablagesystemen

Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft und bei organisatorischen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich eines Kfz-Betriebs oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten

Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Bürosoftware von Vorteil
