Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams eine zuverlässige und erfahrene Bürokauffrau / einen Bürokaufmann (m/w/d).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die allgemeine Büroorganisation, das Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Rechnungen, die Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von E-Mails, die schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern sowie weitere administrative Tätigkeiten im Büro.

Voraussetzungen: Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen bzw. Bürobereich. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit AGENDA oder DATEV sind von Vorteil. Wichtig sind uns außerdem selbstständiges und sorgfältiges Arbeiten sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Die Beschäftigung ist in Teilzeit oder auf Minijob-Basis möglich. Auch Rentnerinnen und Rentner mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
