Ihre Aufgaben

\* Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten

\* Bearbeitung von Korrespondenz und E-Mails

\* Terminplanung und Koordination

\* Kundenbetreuung am Telefon und vor Ort

\* Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen

\* Pflege und Archivierung von Daten und Unterlagen

\* Unterstützung der Werkstattleitung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

\* Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

\* Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

\* Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

\* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

\* Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Büro- und Kommunikationsmitteln

\* Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich ist von Vorteil
