  • Abwicklung und Kontrolle des Zahlungsverkehrs

  • Prüfung eingehender Rechnungen und Klärung von Rechnungsunstimmigkeiten

  • Kontrolle der Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen

  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens und Forderungsmanagements

  • Kontrolle und Erfassung der Kasse

  • Administrative Tätigkeiten (Datenpflege, Erstellung von Statistiken etc.)

  • Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit PC-Systemen und Office Anwendungen
  • Gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
