Aufgaben :
  - Kundenannahme und Betreuung unserer Kunden
- Koordination und Terminierung von Werkstattaufträgen
- Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Abwicklung der Rechnungsstellung
- Sortierung und Ablage ein- und ausgehender Rechnungen
- Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Zahlungsvorgängen mit unseren Lieferanten
- Durchführung von Besorgungs- und Botengängen
- Überführung von Kundenfahrzeugen zu Prüfstützpunkten zur Durchführung der Hauptuntersuchung
- Durchführung von Kundenfahrdiensten
- Beschaffung von Büromaterialien und allgemeinen Verbrauchsartikeln für den Betrieb
Zwingend erforderlich ist eine Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
Wünschenswert wären Vorerfahrungen im Kfz-Bereich, aber kein muss.
Die Arbeitszeiten sind täglich von 8 bis 17 Uhr, keine Samstagsarbeit und keine geplanten Überstunden.
