- Aufgaben:
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Bürotätigkeiten
- Bearbeitung von E-Mail-Anfragen und Telefonaten
- Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung und Auftragsbearbeitung
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Kunden- und Lieferantendaten
- Rechnungsprüfung und Unterstützung bei der Buchhaltung
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufs- und Lagerteam
- Wir bieten:
- Voll- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 32 bis 38.5 Wochenstunden Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und 13:00 bis 16:45 Uhr
- Entlohnung auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung: 2400€ Brutto/Monat
