  • Aufgaben:
  • Vorbereitung für die Buchhaltung beim Steuerberater
  • Fakturieren von Rechnungen und Lieferscheinen
  • Abrechnungen vom Vortag
  • Preisänderungen im Wirtschaftsprogramm "Select Line"
  • Reservierung entgegennehmen
  • Anfragen per Mail und telefonisch beantworten
  • Zimmerreservierungen, Tischreservierungen sowie Seminaranfragen entgegennehmen und entsprechend bearbeiten
  • Arbeitszeitnachweise bearbeiten und eintragen
  • Mitarbeit im Shop/Verkauf
  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • Erfahrung von Bürotätigkeiten von Vorteil
  • Freundliches und nettes Auftreten
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung an der Rezeption
  • Deutschkenntnisse ab Niveau B2
  • Führerschein B und eigener PKW zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes
  • Wir bieten:

  • KV Lohn € 2.159,00 auf Vollzeitbasis mit Erfahrung - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich
