Das erwartet dich
Du organisierst das Büro und bist die rechte Hand unserer Geschäftsleitung.
Du wickelst die Bestellungen aus unserem Onlineshop ab, bist Ansprechpartner_in für unsere Kund_innen und kümmerst dich lösungsorientiert um Reklamationen.
Du entwickelst unsere bestehenden Social-Media-Kanäle weiter und bringst eigene Content-Ideen ein.
Du organisierst unser Lager, kommissionierst und bereitest den Versand vor.
Du packst körperlich mit an: Körperlich fordernde Lagerarbeit, wie das regelmäßige Heben und Tragen von Saftkartons und Gebinden, gehört dazu.

Das bringst du mit
Eine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung, idealerweise kaufmännisch (HAS, HAK o. Ä.)
Sicheren Umgang mit Word und Excel
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Begeisterung für E-Commerce und Social Media
Freude am Kundenkontakt und Fingerspitzengefühl, auch wenn mal etwas nicht rund läuft
Körperliche Fitness und Freude an abwechslungsreicher, auch anstrengender Arbeit
Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Neues zu lernen
Ein Plus: grafische Skills, z. B. mit Canva, Adobe oder ähnlichen Tools
