  • Allgemeine administrative Verwaltungs- und Bürotätigkeiten im gesamten Bereich
  • Office-Management
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer
  • vergleichbaren Position (Rezeption, Empfang, Telefondienst)
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse
  • Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (ab Level B2)
  • Lernfähiges, offenes und freundliches Auftreten mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Organisationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliche Telefonstimme
