  • AUFGABEN:
  • Unterstützung des Transport Management Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Transportaufträgen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Frächtern und Geschäftspartnern
  • Terminüberwachung und Sendungsverfolgung
  • Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei Reklamationsbearbeitung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • PROFIL:
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Quereinsteiger_innen ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Interesse an Transport, Logistik und internationalen Geschäftsabläufen
  • ARBEITSZEIT:
  • Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Wo.)
  • Einteilung flexibel innerhalb der Kernzeit (zwischen 8:00 und 18:00 Uhr)
