Wir suchen eine engagierte_n und belastbare_n Mitarbeiter_in, die Deutsch in Wort und Schrift gut beherrscht und idealerweise Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen mitbringt:

  • Personaleinteilung und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Rechnungslegung und Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Umgang mit Rechnungsprogrammen, insbesondere sevdesk und Clocky
  • gute Excel-Kenntnisse

Wichtig ist uns, dass die/der neue Mitarbeiter_in unser Unternehmen und die Anforderungen des Arbeitsalltags in einem Elektrobetrieb versteht und auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick behält. Homeoffice ist für uns grundsätzlich möglich.

Das Einstiegsgehalt richtet sich zunächst nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag (bei Teilzeit 20h Einstieg mit EUR 1.300,--brutto). Je nach Leistung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung können wir anschließend gerne über eine höhere Bezahlung sprechen.
