  • Laufende Buchhaltung mit BMD NTCS
  • Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Bankbewegungen
  • Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung (UVA)
  • Stammdatenpflege und Rechnungskontrolle
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Administration
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Gute BMD-NTCS-Kenntnisse Buchhaltungserfahrung - Grundvoraussetzung
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Offenheit für moderne, KI-unterstützte Arbeitsmethoden
  • Selbstständigkeit, Genauigkeit und Teamgeist
