Abrechnung der Hauptkassa

allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten (E-Mail, Telefon)

Terminkoordination

Telefonauskunft

Office Management

Erfahrung im Beschwerdemanagement von Vorteil

Beratung der Gäste

Anforderungen:

sichere EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse,)

-kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

kompetentes, höfliches Auftreten

Bereitschaft für Wochenenddienst sowie Feiertage

Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit

Skisportbegeisterung von Vorteil aber kein Muss
