Das wären Deine Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Post – Mailing Aktionen
  • Telefonisches Nachfassen von Post Mailing Aktionen
  • Führung von Teams Meetings mit Kunden und IT Fachkräften
  • Recherchieren und Führen von externen Akquisedienstleistern
  • Vorbereitung, Steuerung und Abrechnung von IT Projekten
  • Erstellung von Kostenangeboten, telefonisches Nachfassen
  • Abrechnung von IT Projekten
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung
  • Telefonservice

Deine Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung in Vertrieb, Projektsteuerung und vorbereitender Buchhaltung
  • Serviceorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Anwendern
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung
