Die Schwerpunkte Ihrer Tätigkeit:

Ein,- und Ausgangsrechnungen prüfen

Korrespondenz mit Versicherungen, Aufraggebern & Angestellten

Büroorganisation & Verwaltung: Strukturierung des Arbeitsalltags, Beschaffung von Büromaterial und die Bearbeitung des Post ein- und -ausgangs

Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung

Banking mit StarMoney

Voraussetzungen:

abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung

eine Mittlere Reife / FOR oder höher

der deutschen Sprache mächtig in Sprache & Schrift

ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist von Vorteil

Kenntnisse in DATEV & Outlook (wünschenswert)
