### engagierte Bürokauffrau / einen Bürokaufmann (m/w/d).

Als familiengeführter Gebäudedienstleister betreuen wir zahlreiche Kunden im Raum Nürnberg. Zur Organisation unserer täglichen Abläufe suchen wir eine zuverlässige Unterstützung für unsere Geschäftsstelle.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation
  • Telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Terminplanung und Koordination von Einsätzen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Schriftverkehr
  • Pflege von Personal- und Kundendaten
  • Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Ablage
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Organisationsgeschick
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
