Wir suchen zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für unser Auftragszentrum.

Du überzeugst durch En­ga­ge­ment, Kom­petenz und fach­übergreifen­des Wissen? Klingt gut – denn das ist eine groß­artige Aus­gangs­basis für eine Ans­tellung bei der Pi-Concept GmbH in Nord­bayern!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Disposition, Planung, und Steuerung der Materialbeschaffung
  • Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen
  • Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen und Lieferterminabstimmungen (intern und extern)
  • Disposition von Speditionen, sowie Erstellen von Lieferpapieren und Rechnungen
  • Terminüberwachung bei Einkauf und Verkauf

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich,
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, sowie in einer ERP-Software
