Ihre Aufgaben:
- Beratung unserer Kunden, Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Aufträgen (international)
- Angebotserstellung für unsere Serviceleistungen
- Steuerung der Serviceaufträge und Ersatzteilbeschaffung
- Rechnungsstellung, Zahlungsüberwachung, Verbuchung der Aufträge
- Kunden- und auftragsbezogene Administration
- Effiziente Disposition der Service-Techniker
Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise aus dem Bereich der Schifffahrt oder Logistik
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Technisches Verständnis
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Organisationstalent
- Versierter Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen
- Kommunikative Stärke, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Engagement und hohe
