Die Autofit GmbH in Bonn ist eine Kfz-Werkstatt mit Autohandel. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige Bürokraft / Empfangskraft m/w/d in Vollzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Annahme von Telefonaten und E Mails
  • Terminvergabe und Koordination mit der Werkstatt
  • Auftragsannahme und Anlegen von Aufträgen
  • Bestellung von Ersatzteilen
  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung
  • Allgemeine Büro und Verwaltungsaufgaben

### Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Büro / Empfang, gerne auch aus dem Kfz Bereich
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten am Telefon und im Kundenkontakt
  • Organisationstalent und zuverlässige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC, zum Beispiel Office und E Mail
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Kfz Bereich sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
