wir suchen eine/n Büroassistenten/eine Büroassistentin (m,w,d) für unseren kleinen technischen Betrieb Sauerstein GmbH .

Als Büroassistent/in werden Sie ein vielseitiges Aufgabenspektrum haben, das unter anderem folgende Tätigkeiten umfasst:

  • Telefonannahme und freundliche Kundengespräche
  • Vorbereitende Arbeiten für den Steuerberater
  • Ablage und Schriftverkehr
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheinen etc. nach Vorlagen
  • Terminüberwachung

Es sind Kenntnisse in Word und Excel erforderlich.
