Unser Team ist auf der Suche nach einer engagierten und herzlichen Bürokraft (m/w/d), die als „gute Seele“ unseres Büros fungiert und uns bei der täglichen Organisation unterstützt.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

Allgemeine Büroorganisation und -verwaltung
Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz
Terminplanung und -koordination
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen
Pflege von Datenbanken und Ablagesystemen
vorbereitende Buchhaltung

### Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Sekretariatsbereich, idealerweise in der Bau- oder Immobilienbranche
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
