Unser Kfz-Meisterbetrieb ist eine familiengeführte Mehrmarkenwerkstatt.

Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams im Büro eine

* Bürokraft (m/w/d) *

in Teilzeit für ca. 25 Std./Woche mit der Option auf Vollzeit.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Erstellen von Rechnungen und Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Annahme von Fahrzeugen und Terminvergabe
  • Bestellung von Ersatzteilen
  • Bearbeitung von Unfallschäden
  • Emailkommunikation

Dein Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wäre schön, ist aber kein Muss. Quereinstieg (z.B. Callcenter, Verkauf) geht auch
  • Erfahrung im Handwerksbetrieb wäre von Vorteil
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten
  • teamfähig, freundlich, zuverlässig
  • gute Auffassungsgabe
