Zur Unterstützung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Bürokraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Büroarbeiten
  • Telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Terminplanung für die Auftragsabwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Abrechnungen
  • Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
