### Bürokraft mit Kundenkontakt (m/w/d)

### Was sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Schnittstelle zwischen Verkauf und Service
  • Sie unterstützen den Serviceberater effizient in der Terminplanung, in der Fahrzeugannahme, sowie der Fahrzeugrückgabe
  • Sie sorgen für den reibungslosen Ablauf bei der Vermittlung von Ersatzfahrzeugen
  • Sie nehmen Unfallschäden auf
