  • Erledigung allgemeiner Bürotätigkeiten, wie telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz
  • vorbereitende Buchhaltung
  • Stundenerfassung
  • Datenpflege allgemein
  • Angebotsabfrage

### Ihr Profil:

erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich

gute Kenntnisse MS Office (Excel, Word)

gewissenhafte, zuverlässige, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Kenntnisse im Baubereich vorteilhaft

freundliches und sicheres Auftreten

gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
